Senior IT Administrator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To strengthen day-to-day IT operations, the full-time Senior IT Administrator will manage the data loss prevention (DLP) program, oversee endpoint administration, and support software lifecycle management in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Own and develop the data loss prevention (DLP) program, including alert monitoring and policy management Administer endpoint management and workstation health using Jamf, while coordinating vulnerability remediation Support end-user services, including onboarding, offboarding, and device provisioning, while troubleshooting technical issues Required qualifications: 5+ years of IT administration experience across endpoint operations and user support Strong experience with Jamf for managing endpoints Proven ability to take ownership of operational programs and improve processes Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities Clear communication skills for translating technical topics to nontechnical audiences
