Referral Partner Manager

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Referral Partner Manager to help us expand our referral network and strengthen relationships with healthcare and community partners in an assigned local territory. This is a true field-based relationship-building role . You'll spend your time meeting people face-to-face, introducing Backpack's services, educating referral partners, and re-engaging organizations that have gone quiet. And we make it easy: your weekly stops, contacts, addresses, and driving routes are planned for you in advance. You focus on building relationships—we'll handle the logistics.
