PALFINGER is seeking a Parts Customer Service Representative to be a key point of contact for customers and dealers, providing timely support regarding parts availability, pricing, ordering, and delivery. You will coordinate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of spare parts operations and a proactive approach to resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering effective solutions that support customer success.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding parts pricing, availability, and replacement options.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure all required information is obtained at the time of order acceptance.
• Provide dealers with order status updates, shipping information, and support for expediting backordered parts.
• Educate customers on spare parts procedures, sales orders, return policies, and warranty guidelines.
• Partner with service teams, shop personnel, and vendors to support production needs and provide parts application information as required.

Your Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in an industrial products spare parts sales or customer service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or customer service certification preferred.
• Knowledge of spare parts operations within dealer parts and service departments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide effective solutions and support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; mechanical knowledge is preferred.
