MCL Talent Partners is hiring for a local agency in Overland Park that promotes 100% from within . This is an entry-level, client-facing sales role. Every manager in the organization started in this exact position.
You will meet with business owners, present solutions, and manage client accounts. Strong performers have a clear path to leadership. This is a performance-based role your results drive your income.
What you'll do:
- Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers
- Present products/services in a consultative way
- Handle enrollments and provide ongoing account support
- Manage your own appointments and follow-ups in the CRM
- Participate in structured training and one-on-one mentorship
- Work a MondayFriday daytime schedule
