This will help in recommending and upselling items to the customers. It is crucial to keep menu knowledge up-to-date to communicate effectively with guests regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens. It is important to follow all the Steps of Service and brand standards while creating a hospitable, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests.It is necessary to follow all federal, state, and city laws and ordinances concerning handling and responsibly selling alcoholic beverages. Proper handling of cash, credit cards, and end-of-shift reporting is essential. All alcohol should be served in proper containers and adhere to all pricing.
