Breakfast Food Servers are essential to the success of the restaurant team and will provide outstanding guest service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile. This is a part time position for the morning shift.Essential Job Functions:Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulnessTake and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfactionGenerate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guestMaintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenishedMonitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortagesEnsure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstationsPhysical Demands:Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbsWork most of the shift standing and moving about in the restaurants and kitchen areasQualifications:Education:High school diploma or its equivalentExperience:Minimum of 1 year Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferredAlcohol Beverage Servers Certification requiredFood Handlers Certification requiredSpire Hospitality, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veterans
