Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Flexible work environment with daytime hours A supportive and collaborative workplace culture Requirements Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent (supervisory licensure preferred) 5+ years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Expertise in mental health treatment and evidence-based practices Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience in compliance and quality assurance within a clinical setting Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of mental health programs, ensuring high-quality care delivery Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including therapists and case managers Develop, implement, and monitor program policies, procedures, and workflows Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing professional development opportunities Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and satisfaction Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of clinical staff Stay updated on advancements in mental health care and integrate new approaches into programs Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Full Time Schedule: 9:00pm-5:00pm (Monday through Friday) #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffosaurus
