Overview
Our organization operates three Catheterization Labs and one Electrophysiology Lab at Leesburg Hospital. We are on the lookout for an individual who is eager to enhance their clinical expertise and values the professional growth that comes with this role. At Leesburg Hospital, you will encounter a variety of intricate interventional and structural heart cases. Our Providers are enthusiastic about their field and are keen to share their insights with the team. The Providers are passionate about their work and are dedicated to mentoring staff. Our Cath Labs are equipped with state-of-the-art technology and medical devices.
ResponsibilitiesIn this full-time, day shift position, which is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the Registered Nurse (RN) will operate under the guidance of the director or charge nurse. The RN will employ the nursing process to facilitate patient care, conduct nursing assessments and diagnoses, develop care plans based on these diagnoses, and implement and evaluate the care plans tailored to patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Additionally, the RN will ensure the environment of care aligns with Joint Commission Standards and will be responsible for the nursing care of patients before and after their procedures.
Shift hours are from 7 AM to 7 PM.
