Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth assessments to understand client challenges and develop thoughtful therapy plans.

• Providing individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities to address various mental health issues.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are developed based on each client's progress.

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to clinical and ethical standards.

• Participating in community outreach initiatives, representing It's Your Move Counseling at local events to promote mental health awareness and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, providing support to individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role is critical in helping clients develop coping strategies and achieve personal growth, fostering a deeper understanding of their emotions and relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience providing clinical mental health care, preferably in a telehealth setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or working with specific populations (such as children, adolescents, or veterans) will be highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records systems is a plus.
