This is a remote position that provides flexibility while maintaining a connection to a vibrant outpatient office community in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize a blend of digital communication tools to engage with clients, allowing for a comfortable setting for therapy without compromising the quality of care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and adolescents to identify their mental, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the unique requirements of each client.

• Facilitate a variety of therapy modalities, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family therapy, depending on the client’s needs and therapeutic goals.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment interventions based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
\n
• Document therapy sessions and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on providing mental health care to children and adolescents, ages 5-18, who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and other psychological challenges. Our goal is to foster resilience, enhance coping strategies, and support positive development through informed and compassionate therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, holding an independent mental health license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience working directly with children and adolescents.

• Proven ability to provide psychotherapy services to families and individuals, demonstrating rapport-building and therapeutic proficiency.

• Strong technology skills to efficiently utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

• Commitment to continued professional development, evidenced by a proactive approach to learning and self-improvement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, with additional performance-related bonuses.
