Daily Responsibilities: Handle a variety of transactional real estate and business client matters Assist with light litigation cases related to real estate and business matters Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal services Conduct legal research and draft legal documents Participate in client meetings and court appearances as needed Required Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in real estate law, business law, and estate planning Drive to assist clients with a variety of legal matters Company Information: McFerran Law, P.S. focuses on real estate law, providing legal services related to all matters real estate.
