That’s how we’re UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!Job OverviewThis role is essential for enhancing, configuring, and operating T-Mobile's Oracle EPM and ERP Financials landscape, with deep expertise across Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS), and Enterprise Planning and Reporting Cloud Service (EPRCS/Narrative Reporting), paired with strong familiarity with Oracle ERP General Ledger. It involves partnering with US-based and India-based engineering teams and finance business partners to deliver integrated reconciliation, consolidation, close, data governance, and reporting solutions. The role requires applying judgment to resolve complex technical and functional issues and making recommendations on EPM/ERP architecture, configuration, and integration design. Success is measured by the reliability and scalability of Oracle Financials solutions, the effectiveness of technical leadership across global teams, and the ability to influence technology and process decisions. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. To find the pay range for this role based on hiring location, T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
