Now Hiring: Executive Business Partner / Operations Manager

San Francisco, CA | Hybrid

$100,000-$120,000

I'm partnering with a long-standing, family-owned organization to identify a highly organized, proactive professional who can serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. This role offers unique exposure to senior leadership, business operations, strategic initiatives, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness.

Important: While the title is Executive Business Partner , We're also interested in experienced:

• Operations Managers
• Project Coordinators
• Business Coordinators
• Administrative Leaders
• Chief of Staff-type professionals
• Strong Executive Assistants looking to expand into operations and strategic support

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving projects forward, improving processes, coordinating priorities, holding stakeholders accountable, and serving as a trusted right hand to executive leadership.

✅ What You'll Be Doing

• Partner closely with the CEO and CFO on key priorities
• Track projects, action items, and organizational initiatives
• Attend leadership meetings and drive follow-through on commitments
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Help implement technology, automation, and AI-driven productivity solutions
• Coordinate executive communications, scheduling, and strategic activities
• Support a collaborative, high-trust corporate office environment

✅ What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, administration, executive support, or related business functions
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Experience managing projects, improving processes, or implementing new systems
• Strong emotional intelligence and executive presence
• Interest in technology, automation, AI tools, and operational excellence
