Industrial HVAC Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager with expertise in industrial HVAC systems to join a dynamic mechanical contractor in the Columbus, OH area. This role will focus on selling and developing industrial HVAC solutions for manufacturing and industrial clients.Duties:• Develop new business with industrial and manufacturing clients• Build rapport with plant managers and engineering teams• Identify opportunities for industrial HVAC projects• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on project execution• Maintain and expand relationships with current customers• Manage a portfolio of HVAC project prospectsQualifications:• 5+ years of experience in industrial HVAC systems sales• 5+ years of project sales experience• Prior experience with a mechanical contractor or industrial services provider• Ability to create project estimates and proposals• Track record of developing new business and managing customer relationships• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration (preferred but not mandatory)• Familiarity with CO₂ refrigeration systems (a bonus)• Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsRequirements: Applicants must have a proven track record in selling HVAC mechanical systems.
