Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately diagnose clients' mental health statuses and needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans rooted in client-specific goals, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes. Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Utilize teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients, and harnessing technology to enhance the therapeutic experience. Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and expertise in high-stress situations. Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to remain updated with the latest mental health trends and best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our mental health therapists predominantly work with adult clients presenting a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. By tailoring therapeutic approaches to individual client needs, therapists play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their mental health objectives and enhance their overall quality of life. Qualifications A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues. A compassionate, empathetic demeanor with an unwavering commitment to promoting a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to handle a caseload efficiently. A clean professional history with no record of disciplinary actions on your license. Preferred Experience Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is highly desirable. Specific experience in evidence-based practices widely used in the field of mental health counseling. Compensation and Benefits Attractive salary range of $90,000 – $104,000 annually, correlated with caseload and experience.
