About the Role
The Company is seeking a Hospital Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and manage the overall operations and resources of the hospital and related business enterprises. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a compassionate environment, developing and implementing comprehensive outpatient care and ambulatory programs, and ensuring the highest quality of services in line with the company's mission. The CEO will also be the authorized representative of the corporation and governing body, with a focus on strategic planning, business development, and quality improvement initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to engage with local industry, government, healthcare providers, and the general public to develop positive relationships and enhance the company's market presence. Candidates for the Hospital CEO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in hospital leadership or equivalent in the healthcare industry. The role requires a proven track record in corporate planning, development, management, and multi-hospital operations. Experience in rehabilitation or long-term acute care is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to inclusiveness, teamwork, and the values of the company.
