Strategic HR Partner: Leave & Compliance
LHH
LHH is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support HR operations, compliance, employee relations, leave administration, and payroll-related processes across a multi-state workforce. This onsite Sacramento role partners with HR and Payroll leadership to ensure accurate processes and regulatory compliance while delivering a positive employee experience.
