Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans with clarity and precision.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional training, closely monitoring patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Accurately document patient progress using electronic medical record systems, ensuring all records comply with health regulations and clinic standards.
• Provide patient education by guiding clients on exercises and creating home programs to enhance their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless communication.
• Engage in ongoing assessments, reporting any changes in patients' conditions or behaviors to the supervising Physical Therapist without delay.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a PTA at Clinica Recovery LLC, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including elderly individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, and adults managing chronic pain or mobility limitations. Qualifications

• Active New Jersey licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program is required.

Compensation and Benefits
