ABOUT THE ROLE

Our fitness studio is seeking a talented and passionate salesperson for a part-time position (10-20 hrs/week). You will be responsible for two of the most important phases of our fitness studio sales process: the Strategy Call (SET) and the Close Call.

You must be a “Rockstar” on the phone who can connect and communicate with others in such a way that they’re excited to move from one stage of the sales process to the next. In other words, they loved talking to you for the first time and can’t wait to speak with you again. Our environment is “high-vibe”, so you must be too.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Setter: Contact customer leads and conduct an initial vetting call and book them for an in person consultation.

Sales Closer: Follow up with the customer after their trial workout (if needed) to enroll them in our training program.

Lead Generator: Follow up with leads who did not respond to our reachouts until we get them booked or get a “no thanks”. Follow up with closed customers after two weeks for a check-in and to generate referrals.

Customer Service: Communicate with the team any pertinent information about customer leads or closed clients that will enhance their experience with us or resolve an issue.

Project a Positive Attitude: We expect you to bring energy, encouragement, and life to your interactions with our clients and teammates.

APPLICANT EXPERIENCE :

Experience in Sales or Customer Service

Fitness background preferred

Able to work 10-20 hours per week

Must be available 8am to 8pm EST to connect with leads
