Job Summary:

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Employment Litigation Associate to join its New Jersey office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience to take on meaningful, client-facing work while continuing to develop under the mentorship of experienced partners. The role offers hands-on involvement in litigation strategy, case management, and client relationship building.

What You'll Do:

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings, oversee discovery, and prepare motions
• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations, hearings, and other proceedings
• Counsel clients on day-to-day employment law issues and risk management
• Work directly with clients and contribute to ongoing client development efforts

What You Bring:

• 3–5 years of employment litigation experience
• Admission to both the New Jersey and New York Bars (required)
• Strong academic background
• Excellent writing, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to balance multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to client service
• Interest in continued professional growth and business development
