Hospitality Accounting Specialist - $110K base!

Hospitality Accounting Specialist (on-site) A private clublocated in the greater Boston area is seeking anAccounting Specialist to support daily financial operations. This role focuses on high-volume transactional work across AP, AR, billing, POS activity, and event-related accounting. Compensation: $95,000-110,000annually Key Responsibilities Process AP invoices, expense reports, and weekly check runs Manage billing, client accounts, and payment processing (cash, check, ACH, wire) Track and record sales, POS activity, and event-related transactions Maintain and audit POS systems and item codes Post GL entries, transfers, and adjustments Support month-end/year-end close and reporting Respond to billing inquiries and assist with ad hoc projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience 3–5 years of accounting experience in a service or multi-revenue environment Experience with systems like Jonas, or Club Essentials Must be willing to be onsite 5 days/week Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting operations Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities For immediate consideration, qualified and interested candidates may reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
