About the Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and community initiatives at live events, outreach campaigns, and fundraising activities. This is a face-to-face customer engagement role conducted at events and community outreach locations. It does not involve call center work, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales.
