Job Description Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical SupervisorOur organization is on the lookout for a dedicated BCBA Clinical Supervisor to spearhead exceptional ABA services for children and young adults diagnosed with autism. This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
- Develop and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
- Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
- Provide training and support to parents to enhance their involvement in the treatment process.
- Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals to promote client development.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience in providing ABA services, particularly for children and young adults with autism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
