Responsibilities
- Design knowledge representation and reasoning mechanisms for enterprise world model
- Establish technical direction for agentic learning systems that improve from operational use
- Lead AI science team developing reusable, customizable foundation for R&D agentic AI platform
- Partner with domain experts to encode their judgment consistently at scale
- Define evaluation frameworks proving system produces better decisions over time
Requirements
- Leadership experience building and scaling AI/ML science teams
- Expertise in knowledge representation, reasoning systems, or semantic technologies
- Experience designing learning systems that improve from operational feedback
- Strong background in machine learning, AI systems, or computational sciences
- Demonstrated ability to partner with domain experts and translate their judgment into systems
- Track record defining and implementing accountability frameworks for AI systems
