Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in a school nursing setting
• Strong understanding of pediatric health concerns
• Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment with changing priorities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care and first aid to students and staff as needed throughout the school day
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized healthcare plans for students with chronic conditions
• Administer medications and treatments according to school protocols and physician instructions
• Maintain accurate health records and confidentiality
• Serve as a health advocate and resource for students, staff, and parents
• Support school wellness initiatives and participate in IEP and 504 meetings when appropriate
