Operations ManagerThe National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to support the organization's operational excellence and day-to-day effectiveness. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Operations (VPFO), the Operations Manager provides essential support in business operations, vendor and contract management, human resources coordination, and internal processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead office management activities, including supply ordering, office equipment maintenance coordination, and administrative support.Assist the VPFO with daily business operations, including:Manage leases.Organize and track vendor contracts.Coordinate operational processes.Track payments.Provide requested documentation and records to the external bookkeeping firm.Receive, log, scan, and electronically route incoming checks, invoices, and legal documents for storage and processing.Work in collaboration with the external Professional Employer Organization (PEO), the VPFO, and the Human Resources Consultant on payroll activities, staff policies, and employee benefits.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalentA minimum of five years of experience working in business operations management.Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.Knowledge of business operations, contracting, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.BenefitsWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation package $70,000 - $85,000 (annualized salary).Comprehensive benefits package to include health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability.Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization shaping the future of distance education.Collaborative and flexible work environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates should forward a cover letter and resume to NC-SARA Human Resources at View email address on click.appcast.io.
