Picture your day: you walk the floor of our packhouse, greet the harvester and packing crews, and kick off a quick huddle to set priorities. You review sanitation checks, confirm critical control points, and make sure every workstation is ready to run clean, efficient, and safe. Throughout the shift, you coach teammates, verify quality, and fine-tune processes so our customers get consistently excellent product—every time.

• Provide hands-on leadership for the harvester and packing room teams, modeling safe, efficient work habits.
• Uphold food safety programs and company policies; ensure every step follows applicable standards and procedures.
• Onboard, train, and mentor team members on best practices for harvesting and packing.
• Track throughput and quality, adjusting workflows to sustain accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect equipment and work areas regularly to maintain cleanliness and a safe environment.
• Partner with management on process improvements and operational enhancements.
• Support inventory control and maintain accurate documentation of packing activities.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and constructively, supporting a positive team culture.

• Supervisory experience in a food production, harvest, or packing environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety principles and practices.
• Proven ability to lead teams—clear communication, coaching, and accountability.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving setting and shifting priorities as needs change.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• High school diploma or equivalent; food safety certifications are a plus.
