• \t5–8 + years of experience working as a construction Project Manager \n•\tExperience working with a General Contractor or an Electrical, Civil, Steel, Mechanical, or Structural Subcontractor\n•\tMust have experience overseeing self-perform work – electrical project experience heavily preferred\n•\tExperience managing projects valued over $20m in budget\n•\tFederal construction project experience: CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, AF, DOT, city/state, municipal construction \n•\tProficiency with MS Project (scheduling), bluebeam, or heavybid/heavyjob, or relevant project management software\n•\tExperience managing project cost controls and financials

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a top federal construction sub-contractor specializing in large-scale design-build projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects supporting national security initiatives in Texas\n \n•\tLead day-to-day project execution for large federal design-build construction projects\n•\tDevelop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project\n•\tOversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting\n•\tCoordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders\n•\tManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation\n•\tUtilize Bluebeam for drawing review and markups\n•\tEnsure compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality controls\n•\tSupport estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed using HeavyBid/HeavyJob\n•\tDrive projects from preconstruction through closeout
