B2B Outside Sales Representative – Restaurant Equipment ($80K–$90K+ 1st Year)

Fort Collins, CO (Territory-Based)

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $40,000 + uncapped commission
• 1st Year Earnings: $80,000–$90,000+
• Top Performers: $100K–$150K+

About the Role

This is a true B2B outside sales (hunter) role focused on generating new business.

You will:

• Prospect and develop new accounts within your territory
• Build relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers
• Close new business and grow your book of accounts

This is NOT a warm-lead role, you’ll be actively prospecting daily.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct 20–30 in-person cold calls per day
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business
• Sell commercial dishwashing and sanitation solutions
• Manage your full sales cycle from lead to close
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline
• Partner with service/installation teams to onboard new clients

What We’re Looking For

• Hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience preferred (B2B, D2D, or hospitality is a plus)
• Self-motivated and driven to hit targets
• Valid driver’s license
