Summary Ready Program Teammate 2026 Advantage Solutions’ READY Program is a strategic initiative to build a strong internal pipeline of future Advantage leaders through robust learning experiences and impactful career development opportunities. The 24‑month program immerses teammates in a series of structured, rotational assignments across four key Branded Services teams—Retail, Analytics/Insights/Operations, Headquarter Sales, and Business Development—ensuring they gain comprehensive, cross‑functional expertise. Job Will Remain Open Until Filled. Responsibilities Retail Rotation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail decision makers, retail personnel and client representatives. Execute strategic retail partnership needs and client initiatives to drive sales growth. Analyze market data, competitive activity and business trends to develop retail sales strategies. Analytics, Insights, and Operations Rotation: Develop actionable insights and recommendations using data metrics, tools, and analytics to influence customer engagement strategies. Create engaging, insight‑driven, customer‑facing presentations that effectively communicate findings and actionable tactics. Master data visualization tools and various software platforms to strengthen business recommendations and process efficiencies. Headquarter Sales Rotation: Forecast, design, and conduct business and financial models for client promotional trade plans. Analyze and develop insights from multiple data sources to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Category Leadership teams to build compelling selling presentations. Provide strategic input into client’s annual business plan with fact‑based insights and solutions. Business Development Rotation: Own and manage CRM strategy, leveraging data for business development. Use CRM to gather data, insights, and reports for monthly senior leadership pipeline reviews. Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through industry and business trend analysis, using tools such as LinkedIn, Circana, and Nielsen. Conduct comprehensive new business research and client discovery/intake meetings to identify quality new clients. Support new business RFP process and preparation/presentation development for new client meetings. READY Leadership Curriculum and Training: Train READY team on industry, client and customer knowledge. Collaborate with the team to develop and present business opportunities to senior leaders. Complete cross‑functional projects to understand company organization, strategies, client services and business objectives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; degree completed between May 2025 and May 2026. Experience: 1+ years of internship and/or professional work experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Food/Beverage, Marketing, or Category Management preferred. Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Ability to develop and deliver virtual and in‑person presentations to diverse audiences. Willingness to build relationships with internal and external leaders, clients, and retail partners. Team‑building and collaboration skills. Strong prioritization and time‑management to meet deliverables independently. Adaptability to fast‑paced and changing work environments. Knowledge of CPG industry data sources (Circana, Nielsen, etc.) and ability to use them. Travel and Driving Travel and driving are not essential duties. However, during the retail rotation the incumbent must be able to use a personal vehicle daily to travel to stores and stand extended periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs. Work Environment Primarily seated in an office environment, with 66%+ sitting each day, ability to hear telephone, enter data on a computer, and lift up to 10 lbs. During retail rotation, standing and lifting up to 20 lbs are required.
