THE OPPORTUNITY

As a service advisor, you’re the trusted guide between our customers and our service team: scheduling visits, translating technician-speak into plain English, keeping people in the loop, and making sure every interaction leaves someone feeling genuinely looked after. DAY TO DAY

Be the first friendly face customers see — schedule appointments, greet arrivals, and set the tone for a great experience Walk customers through their vehicle, spotting anything worth attention and building trust along the way Keep customers updated throughout the day — no one likes being left in the dark Work alongside technicians to track job progress, parts, and timing Turn concerns into resolutions — you’re an advocate for the customer and the team Help hit team goals and participate in quality control What We’re Looking For Experience in customer-facing roles — hospitality, retail, food service, or similar are a genuine advantage A high school diploma or GED (auto experience is a plus, not a requirement) Strong communicator — equally comfortable with a nervous first-timer and a seasoned car enthusiast Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a team-first attitude Organized, professional, and comfortable with computers and phones Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record All offers contingent on a background check and drug screen.
