At Tutor Perini Civil you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large, high-profile, projects that impact your community.Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional TalentDESCRIPTION:As a Superintendent at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.Assume responsibility for planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions (scheduling, subcontractor coordination, etc.).Assume responsibility for compliance of crafts and subcontractors with contract documents, efficient use of materials & equipment, and timely performance of the project schedule.Provide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required.Assist project management in developing, project schedule, site logistics plan and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.OUR MISSIONWe build critical infrastructure that creates a better world.OUR VISIONWe strive to be the preeminent full-service civil, building, and specialty contractor by delivering innovative, transformative projects through world-class execution. Join us, to help build the critical infrastructure that creates a better world.Support Site Specific Safety Plan.Coordinate with on-site Owner employees.Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.REQUIREMENTS:Four (4) year Engineering, Construction Management or similar degree from an accredited institution desired. , HS or equivalent required.20 years of field supervisory experience to include at least 10 years in a Superintendent role on projects valued at 200 million or above.Experience in new building and/or structure construction including piles, concrete, structural steel, etc. Knowledge, skills and experience with U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards.Experience with City, State, Federal Government Clients preferredKnowledge of contract management and familiarity with local trade/unions/craftMS Word/Excel, Procure, Bluebeam, HCSS Heavy bidOSHA certification, First Aid CertsExcellent written and verbal skillsTutor Perini builds extraordinary projects with exceptional talent.
