About This Role The Seasonal RN Program in DOU/SDU at Kaiser Permanente is designed for experienced nurses who provide professional nursing care while leading the healthcare team. Highlights Pay: $70 - $74/hour Location: Baldwin Park, CA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Part Time, Night shift What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process. Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures. Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately. Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care. Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed. Ensure effective documentation of nursing processes and interventions. Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members. Adhere to workplace safety principles and maintain a safe environment. Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality. Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
