The Role

We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between our customers and product teams. In this role, you'll help customers successfully implement thirdweb's SDK, smart contracts, and infrastructure while gathering valuable feedback to improve our platform.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide technical and architectural advice to both business stakeholders and developers through various stages of the project lifecycle
• Lead technical discovery calls and product demonstrations for potential customers
• Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical adviser and product advocate
• Help diagnose and debug customer issues across the stack (smart contracts, front/back end, infra)
• Build and maintain scalable technical content including implementation guides, solution templates, and reusable code samples
• Collaborate with the product team to translate customer feedback into feature improvements
• Build proof-of-concept applications showcasing thirdweb's capabilities
• Proactively identify and develop internal tools, automation scripts, and processes that increase the solutions team’s efficiency
• Support customers through various channels including Discord, email, and video calls

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with blockchain technology, smart contracts, and NFTs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to debug complex technical issues
• Experience with Git and version control
• Experience with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.)
• Familiarity with web3 development frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry)
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Experience with developer tools and SDK implementation
• Experience in a customer-facing support role.
