Job Description We are seeking a Regulatory and Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting marketing governance for a leading Payments business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in marketing review, regulatory compliance, and editorial quality control and a proven ability to apply policies and guidelines to evaluate marketing materials, identify issues, and ensure compliant delivery. Responsibilities: Review marketing assets, initiatives, and claims to determine required legal and compliance review per defined standards, policies, and guidelines. Learn and adhere to corporate controls, regulatory obligations, and antitrust review practices for marketing materials and claims. Partner with Legal and Compliance teams regionally and globally to address and resolve concerns. Maintain a central repository of marketing disclaimers and approved claims. Support a disciplined control environment that identifies, escalates, addresses, and mitigates risks to enable end-to-end marketing controls execution. Assist team priorities through ad hoc projects and flex across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Marketing, regulatory excellence, and compliance experience with an editor's eye for detail. Ability to follow guidance and policies and apply them to daily work to spot issues and errors. Comfort reading, synthesizing, and applying legal and compliance guidelines to marketing content and claims. Working knowledge of audit, risk, and operational management concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Detail oriented, organized, and able to deliver with urgency in a fast-paced environment. Experience level: 3-6 years in editorial, marketing, legal, compliance, regulatory, quality control, or related roles at large companies. Fresh graduates will be considered based on fit. Preferred Skills: Experience in operations management, risk, or audit. Experience collaborating in a matrixed environment with marketing, legal, compliance, and cross-business stakeholders.
