Order Processing Coordinator

Salary: USD18 - USD21 per hour Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated FBA Order Processing Specialist to join a vibrant team in California. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, contributing to the seamless operation of the business. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work within a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Efficiently process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to facilitate order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of inventory and order status. Resolve any discrepancies in orders and provide solutions to avoid future issues. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding order status and any issues that arise. Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry. Previous experience in order processing or a related field is advantageous.
