Are you a recent college graduate looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Elm Manor is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone interested in healthcare administration, finance, customer service, and operations.

As the Business Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents and families receive exceptional service while managing the financial and administrative operations of the facility. You'll work closely with leadership and gain valuable experience that can lead to future opportunities in healthcare management.

• Manage resident accounts, billing, and collections

• Assist residents and families with insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and financial questions

• Process admissions paperwork and maintain resident trust accounts

• Coordinate with clinical, admissions, and social services teams to ensure a smooth resident experience

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records

• Support payroll, accounts payable, and other administrative functions

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and their families

• Work closely with leadership on projects that improve operations and resident satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or related field)

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems

• Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
