Discover a rewarding, fully remote opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students in a Massachusetts school district. If you’re licensed in MA and passionate about making a difference from your home office, this contract position lets you provide essential teletherapy services for the remainder of the school year.
You’ll work closely with elementary-aged students (approximately 35 on your caseload) across 2-3 sites while enjoying the flexibility and comfort of working from home. Your collaboration will help drive student achievement and support their communication needs in a virtual setting.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Massachusetts
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience in schools is a plus, but not required
- Commitment to delivering engaging, effective teletherapy services
- Positive, student-centered mindset, motivated by student success and your own professional growth
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a remote setting
Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech therapy and intervention services virtually to elementary school students
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Developing and implementing individualized education and therapy plans
- Completing documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
- Maintaining strong, proactive communication with all stakeholders
