Join Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana by becoming one of our Membership Experience Coordinators – a position focused on recruiting new members (sales) and retaining our current members through exceptional customer service. This position covers the following counties: Hardin, LaRue, Washington, Marion, Taylor, Green, Meade, Breckinridge, Hancock, Daviess and McLean. All applicants for this position will be required to live within the assigned territory.Summary-Recruitment and Support! As a Membership Experience Coordinator you will be hosting events and using sales techniques to recruit new members while also providing support to our current volunteers in your assigned geographic area.Job Summary:When we say no two days are alike for our Membership Experience Coordinators, we really mean it! For instance, you could find yourself planning out your sales/recruitment strategy for the next season, scheduling events, holding an informational meeting for parents, hosting a booth at a community event, building a relationship with a school or community partner, making check-in calls to volunteers, dropping flyers off at schools, leading an activity with girls, loading cases of Girl Scout cookies into cars, solving a problem for a troop leader, or attending a meeting with key volunteers.You will work from home and in the field traveling within your assigned geographic area.
