Entry Level Warehouse

Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | FIRST SHIFT Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing and warehouse opportunity with room to grow? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll help fabricate custom products, prepare customer orders, and maintain an organized warehouse while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Fabricate custom hose assemblies to customer specifications. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time. Assist with warehouse organization and inventory movement. Operate equipment and utilize company computer systems to process orders. Maintain quality standards and complete required documentation. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and sales staff. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards. Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred. Ability to read a tape measure and digital caliper. Basic math skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills. Team player with strong communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed. Forklift experience is a plus.
