Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry travel assignment in Alexandria, LA. This role involves providing both routine and complex care in a dynamic healthcare setting, working independently while managing clinical contingencies. The position requires rotating weekend shifts with potential floating responsibilities to other locations.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry

• Utilize the nursing process to provide care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Telemetry

• BLS and ACLS certification from AHA required
• RN License in state of employment or compact
• 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
