## Sr. FP&A Analyst**Tempe,AZ85284**Posted: 09/16/2026Employment Type:Direct HireCategory: F&A - Finance - AnalystJob Number: 251101Work Location: On-Site## Job Description**Role:** Senior FP&A Analyst **Duration**: Direct Hire **Location**: Tempe, AZ 85284 **Setting**: 100% On Site **Pay**: $70 - $80K + Bonus eligible (5%) **Degree**: Bachelors Required (Finance or Accounting Degree) Key Responsibilities* Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for IT operating and capital expenses.* Analyze monthly results, variances, headcount, risks, and spending opportunities.* Build and maintain detailed budgets and financial models for technology departments.* Evaluate business cases for IT investments, including cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.* Track technology projects against budgets, commitments, and expected benefits.* Support project capitalization and monthly accruals with the Fixed Assets team.* Partner with IT leaders and project managers to provide actionable financial insights.* Present monthly financial analysis and recommendations to Finance and IT leadership.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required* 2 - 4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.* Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and financial modeling.* Experience managing large or complex departmental budgets.* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.* Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.Preferred* Experience supporting IT or technology organizations.* Experience with IT capital planning, project investments, and capitalization.* Anaplan, Power BI, or similar planning/reporting tools.* Experience supporting large-scale IT portfolios or executive investment decisions.### Apply Now: #J-18808-Ljbffr
