Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $30.00 $36.50 (depending on experience)
- Differentials:
- Evening (15002300): +$2.30/hr
- Night (23000700): +$3.75/hr
- Weekend (Friday 1900 Monday 0700): +$3.00/hr
- Benefits: Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement plans)
- Additional Details: Pay package discussed upon application; sign-on bonus not offered
What You'll Do
- Provide specialized nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
- Monitor fetal heart rates, vital signs, and patient condition
- Assist with childbirth and provide postpartum care and patient education
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies
- Support and educate patients and families through labor process and recovery
What You Need
Required:
- Kansas RN license
- BLS certification within two weeks of hire
- ACLS and NRP certifications (training provided if needed)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Previous labor and delivery experience
- Neonatal or obstetric nursing background
