Paralegal (Insurance Defense Litigation)

Established litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal. Flexible work schedule and some remote available to suit your needs along with an exceptional benefits package. The paralegal will be responsible for supporting a busy insurance defense department through all phases of litigation. Applicants should possess first party defense experience. The Litigation Paralegal is responsible for drafting legal documents, reviewing, organizing and summarizing case reports. Additional duties will be to assist with pre-trial and trial preparation.
