Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Responsibilities: • Prepare and distribute nightly reports, ensuring accurate financial and operational records. • Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. • Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. • Resolve guest concerns by collaborating with appropriate departments to ensure satisfaction. • Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Qualifications: • Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. • Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Compensation: $15.50 - $16 hourly
