Government Compliance Analyst

A company is looking for a Government Program Compliance Analyst - Reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Researches and completes enrollment forms for Medicare and Medicaid services, ensuring compliance with policies Collaborates with various departments to maintain accurate data for hospital-based clinics and ensure regulatory compliance Monitors compliance and makes recommendations for changes to senior leaders across the organization Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience Five years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, nine years with an Associate's degree, or thirteen years with a High School diploma or GED No licensure or certification required Experience in Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) processes, compliance, and strategic planning Extensive accounting experience within a hospital setting is preferred
