Tennessee Licensed Compliance Consultant

Leading enterprise-wide compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Ethics and Compliance Consultant will drive complex projects, provide regulatory guidance, and mentor team members while serving as a subject matter expert in compliance and ethics. Key responsibilities Coordinate sensitive reviews conducted by government agencies such as TDCI, CMS, and DOL Manage multiple projects, overseeing processes and ensuring successful change management Serve as a representative for Corporate Compliance with internal and external groups Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment) 8 years of experience in health care compliance and government regulations Project management experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Possess or be eligible to obtain a relevant industry compliance designation within 2 years of hire
