Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic marketing, digital marketing, content development, and project management and a proven ability to plan, execute, monitor, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that advance organizational goals .

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to internal clients in partnership with the Marketing Manager and/or Director.
• Build comprehensive marketing plans and drive tactical execution across advertising, collateral, digital, content, media, and events/sponsorships.
• Implement, monitor, and measure marketing activities to support mission, strategic plan, and business objectives.
• Conduct competitive landscape assessments and provide recommendations.
• Manage projects through the full lifecycle and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Represent the organization internally and externally and build credibility with stakeholders.
• Support Press Ganey initiatives and physician bios across all four sites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Broad-based knowledge of marketing strategies with demonstrated execution ability, including digital marketing experience.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, active listening, quantitative skills, and persuasive communication.
• Project management and presentation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• High professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal effectiveness in consensus-style, collaborative environments.
• Experience with marketing automation, data interpretation, surfacing trends, and working with digital and advertising channels.
• Proficiency with AI tools and the Adobe tools suite. Knowledge of Agile processes preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and positively influence others.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting healthcare marketing, Press Ganey programs, and physician profile content.
• Experience influencing strategy while interfacing with clinical or operational stakeholders.

Schedule & Work Model:

• Standard hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., may vary as needed.
• Hybrid position. Candidates must live within driving distance of the work location.
• Occasional travel and flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as liberal arts, business, marketing, or healthcare, with strong academic performance, plus 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
