Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Empower Strength, you will be tasked with:

• Facilitating therapy sessions that address a variety of issues, including grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment challenges related to separation or divorce.

• Providing ongoing support through individual and family therapy, allowing clients to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe, therapeutic environment.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide interventions and support clients through their healing journeys.

• Documenting client progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
