About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President & General Manager for Fluid Transfer Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the global fluid transfer business, with a focus on strategy, commercial growth, operational performance, and innovation. This executive will have full P&L ownership and be tasked with driving the business from a current revenue of approximately $250M to over $400M through a combination of core growth, expansion into adjacent markets, and potential acquisitions. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a multi-year growth strategy, driving commercial and operational excellence, and leading a global team to ensure the business is positioned for sustainable growth and market leadership. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in a global industrial or manufacturing organization. The role requires a proven track record in executive leadership, P&L management, and driving profitable growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in portfolio transformation, leading cross-functional global teams, and a strong background in commercial and operational leadership. Essential qualifications include strong financial acumen, the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels, and a customer-centric approach. The role demands a leader with excellent communication, strategic planning, and organizational development skills, who can foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
